**Return & Exchange Policy**  

At Good Vibe Nation, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have a strict no-returns and no-refunds policy. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we are happy to assist you with an exchange for a duplicate product within 45 days of your invoice date. Please review the details below for more information.  

**Defective Product Exchanges**  

If you receive a defective item, you may exchange it for a duplicate of the same product within 45 days of your invoice date. To initiate an exchange, please email us at gvncanada@gmail.com 

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.  

**Novelty Items Policy**  

All adult tools and bedroom aids are sold as novelty items only. Good Vibe Nation does not accept returns or exchanges on these items. This policy is in place to protect all customers and ensure that all merchandise remains new and unused at the time of delivery. It also safeguards our employees from handling unsanitary conditions or potential exposure to health risks.  

**Warranty Information**  

After the initial 45-day exchange period, each manufacturer may provide its own warranty, ranging from 1 to 5 years. To take advantage of the manufacturer’s extended warranty, you may need to register your product directly with them. For manufacturer-specific details, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.  

**Undeliverable Orders**  

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. The address you provide will be printed exactly as entered on the shipping label. Orders returned as undeliverable will incur a 20% processing fee, and no refund will be issued for shipping costs.  

For international orders, refused packages will not be refunded.
